Hello,
I read in a prior post that The Zack Company was looking for medical books (nonfiction). The post, however, was pretty old, so I'm not sure if that's still a genre on your wishlist. If so, I would like to pitch something (in accordance with The Zack Company's submission policy, of course).
Thank you for your time.

Hey Corrie,
I see you're dreaming out loud. Thanks for the numbers.
Our What We Want page is current, Jeff.
Just read your March roundup and I'm afraid to admit it, but I'm a bit confused. You said, "Received 35 queries and declined 37." How do you decline more than you recieve? Is there a carry-over from a previous month or perhaps the total received was 72 (35+37)? Or maybe I need a second cup of coffee and the world will make sense again.
Thanks,

Hi Corrie, Regarding the March round-up numbers, if you listed them backwards by mistake and no one noticed (ie the boss), just fix them and delete my posts.

I have no reason to think the numbers are reversed. You have to keep in mind that we may receive queries at the end of one month and reject them the beginning of the next. And certainly we have enough sample chapters and manuscripts on hand to get none in one month but reject ten or twenty chapters and a manuscript or five.
